RadioPlays

Radio and its possibilities have been central to Dominic Robertson's practice. He has produced programming for WDR, Bayerischer Rundfunk, BBC Radio 3, BBC Radio 6 Music, WFMU, Soundart Radio, VPRO, Deutschland Radio Kultur, and Resonance FM.

His radio work has won awards at the Prix Italia and the Deutsche Akademie der Darstellenden Kunste and most recently his live radioplay "Hollywood: Astiary" for BR was described in Funkkorrespondenz as "the benchmark of live radio has been raised".

Most recently he produced Sonora Mystery, a fantasia on the life and work of Charles A A Dellschau for Bayerischer Rundfunk, Munich.

Currently in production for the same radio station is "Die Bayerische Prinzessin", inspired by the life of Princess Alexandra Amalie of Bavaria.
